1. How to place an order?

Choose the gift you'd like to customise. You can Whatsapp to place an order. The Whatsapp link has been provided on all the product pages. Photos and other details can be shared via Whatsapp or mail. Make the payment and get your gift delivered. Alternatively you can send a "Hi" at +91 9870349285.

2. How to make the payment?

The bank details will be provided when you Whatsapp to place the order. We accept payments via BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm, Credit card, Debit card, NEFT, IMPS.

3. When to make the payment?

We work only on advance payment basis since each of the product is specially designed for you.

4. How to customise a product?

Customisations can be discussed over Whatsapp or call.

5. Are the delivery charges included?

Yes. We don't charge extra for shipping.

6. Do you accept international orders?
